About Me

Born and raised in Adelaide, I’ve always loved exploring South Australia’s beaches, wildlife, and natural landscapes. I love keeping active, so when I’m not working you’ll often find me going for runs, walking my beautiful labrador, swimming, or lifting weights. I am a lover of pilates and yoga too!

Ever since I was a child I have been passionate about psychology, criminology and biology. These interests led me to complete a Bachelor of Psychological Science, majoring in Criminology, at the University of Adelaide, which I finished in 2024. I enjoyed the whole course, however the areas of child development and mental health were particularly fascinating to me.

I began my career in the disability support sector working with neurodivergent children through a small NDIS provider, where I supported morning routines, school readiness, and skill development in a mentor capacity. After gaining core experience and building strong relationships with families, I moved into independent support work. This shift allowed me to work more closely and flexibly with those I supported, and helped me build up my knowledge of everything NDIS!

Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived experience of disability and neurodivergence, as well as years of caring for my younger brother, who also lives with disability and is on NDIS. These experiences shaped the way I support people — with empathy, clear communication, and a strong understanding of NDIS policies and procedures. I know how important finding the right supports is, and I bring this passion and drive to the people I support at Little Blossom Support.

Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time outdoors, but I also enjoy quieter hobbies like watching comedy, psychological thrillers and horror films, baking sweet treats, practising yoga, and unwinding with games on my Switch.

I bring a positive, practical, and supportive approach to every situation. Life can be unpredictable, but how we respond to challenges matters just as much as the challenges themselves. As your Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach, I’ll work hard to ensure you receive the right support, feel heard throughout the process, and have someone in your corner. I strive to get things done quickly so those I support can go about their lives with the support they deserve. I understand everyone is unique and has different challenges, so working with me you can expect a tailored approach of support that works around your needs.

If I sound like a good match for you, I would love to have a chat and see how I can help you truly blossom 🌸
