About Me

Born and raised in the beautiful city of Adelaide, I’ve always loved exploring South Australia’s stunning beaches, wildlife, and natural landscapes. Living an active lifestyle is important to me - when I’m not busy working, you’ll often find me hiking (sometimes with my Labrador in tow), swimming, or working out.

My passion for psychology, criminology, and biology started in my teenage years when I would spend hours watching documentaries and Youtube videos, diving into research articles, and learning some pretty fascinating facts that I later shared with friends. This curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor of Psychological Science, majoring in Criminology, at the University of Adelaide. I was particularly drawn to topics like child development and mental health - particularly, learning about fetal development and its impact on wellbeing throughout life was especially fascinating!

I began my career in the disability support sector, working with children through a small NDIS provider. My focus was on helping them with their morning routines, ensuring they were set up for a great day at school, and supporting them to attend appointments. I quickly discovered how rewarding it was to work with children and the importance of building trust and connection. In the fast-paced world of support work, I learned to implement effective strategies that made a real difference in my clients’ lives.

Beyond work, I enjoy staying active, watching psychological thrillers and horror films (and much more), baking sweet treats, meditating and practicing yoga, and even coin collecting (mainly Australian coins!). I also love spending quality time with friends and exploring all the amazing places our state has to offer.

I strive to approach every situation with a positive, can-do attitude - life loves to throw curveballs at all of us, and I believe it is our perception and response to these challenges that truly matters. As your support coordinator or psychosocial recovery coach, I will be committed to working hard so you receive the support you need to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Whatever challenges are thrown our way, I know that together we can overcome them. I would be honoured to work alongside you and to help you reach the goals that matter to you.”
